- Where is Northwind Self Storage located?
Our office is at 16750 E Veterans Memorial Pkwy. Wright City, MO. 63390
- What are your office hours?
Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- What are your facility access hours?
We offer 24 hour storage facility access to all of our clients. There’s no need to adhere to our schedule or make an appointment to access your storage unit. You can add or remove items from your storage unit at any time.
- Can I pay my bill online?
Of course! We’re happy to help you get set up with our online bill pay system.
- Do you offer vehicle storage?
Absolutely! You can store your RV, car, boat, or another vehicle at our storage facility.
- What security features do you offer?
Our entire storage facility is fenced and gated. We monitor the property with security cameras. Our interior storage units are designed to protect your belongings from weather fluctuations.
- How do I get started?
Contact us or call 636-279-0771 and we’ll answer any questions you have a help you get started right away.
- When can I get to my stored items?
Any time, any day of the week. Our facility is open 24/7, letting you decide when you want to access your storage unit.
- Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
Not here. Rent on a month-to-month basis and store for just as long as you need. There are no early termination fees or contracts you can’t get out of.
- How do I move out?
Give us some advance notice up to 14 days ahead of your move-out. After that, you can clean out your storage unit and sweep it out. You’re good to go once everything’s out!
- Do I need to bring my own lock?
No need, we’ve got you covered. Our storage units come with Bluetooth locks that open with the touch of a button. They’re harder to break into and give you smooth access without having to carry a key around!
